What happens at LeaderShape® ?

The curriculum is based on the philosophy of "leading with integrity" and has a focus each day. Throughout the week participants will develop an action plan for change. The focus for each of the days include:

Day 1:"Building Community"

Day 2:"The Value of One, the Power of All"

Day 3:"Challenging What Is, Looking to

What Could Be"

Day 4:"Bringing the Vision to Reality"

Day 5:"Leading with Integrity"

Day 6:"Staying in Action"

History of LeaderShape®

LeaderShape® has a national reputation dating back to it's start in 1986. It is well-known as the premier leadership development program for young adults (that's you!). Since 1986, over 20,000 young adults from over 500 colleges,
universtities, and organizations have graduated
from the program! Many involved have transformed their plans from LeaderShape® into reality after leaving the program.

You will need to create a profile, and then fill out the application (2 separate steps)

If selected, you will be required to attend one orientation session.

Orientation dates are:

Feb 27th from 6-8pm

Mar 2th from 6-8pm

What is LeaderShape®, you ask?

LeaderShape is a week-long leadership insititute that will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. You won't learn how to run better meetings; you'll learn to change the world - whatever that might mean to you. Want to find a cure for cancer? Sure. End poverty? Awesome. Learn to have a healthy disregard for the impossible.

Now, all we need is you.

Details:
March 16-21, 2014
At Bradford Woods (transportation from IU campus will be provided)
All accepted students will be granted a $750 scholarship to cover the full expenses of the institute.
