What happens at LeaderShape®​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​?

​The curriculum is based on the philosophy of "leading with integrity" and has a focus each day. Throughout the week participants will develop an action plan for change. The focus for each of the days include:​

Day 2:"The Value of One, the Power of All"
Day 3:"Challenging What Is, Looking to
What Could Be"
Day 4:"Bringing the Vision to Reality"
Day 5:"Leading with Integrity"

​History of LeaderShape®​
​
LeaderShape® has a national reputation dating back to it's start in 1986. It is well-known as the premier leadership development program for young adults (that's you!). Since 1986, over 20,000 young adults from over 500 colleges,
​universtities, and organizations have graduated
from the program! Many involved have transformed their plans from LeaderShape® into reality after leaving the program.

You will need to create a profile, and then fill out the application (2 separate steps)

If selected, you will be required to attend one orientation session.

Orientation dates are:
Feb 27th from 6-8pm
Mar 2th from 6-8pm

​What is LeaderShape®, you ask? ​​
​
LeaderShape is a week-long leadership insititute that will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. You won't learn how to run better meetings; you'll learn to change the world - whatever that might mean to you. Want to find a cure for cancer? Sure. End poverty? Awesome. Learn to have a healthy disregard for the impossible.

At Bradford Woods (transportation from IU campus will be provided)
All accepted students will be granted a $750 scholarship to cover the full expenses of the institute.
